These Terms govern use of DietPlanner. By installing, opening, connecting a wallet, or purchasing premium features in DietPlanner, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Health Disclaimer.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use crypto wallet functionality in your jurisdiction. Do not use DietPlanner if local law prohibits your use of nutrition planning apps, Solana wallets, SKR tokens, or blockchain transactions.
Service description
DietPlanner provides educational nutrition information, food discovery, generated meal plans, reminders, and optional premium features. It is designed for Android and Solana Mobile users.
Not medical advice
DietPlanner is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or disease prevention. Nutritional information is educational and generalized. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing diet or exercise habits, especially if you have medical conditions, allergies, eating disorders, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication.
Crypto payments and premium features
Premium features are purchased using SKR token transfers on Solana. Before signing, users should review the feature, amount, token mint, treasury wallet, and network fees. By signing a transaction, you authorize your wallet to submit the transaction.
- Blockchain transactions are public and generally irreversible.
- DietPlanner cannot access private keys or reverse transactions.
- Users pay any Solana network fees.
- Premium features are digital functionality delivered inside the app after confirmation.
- Feature durations are shown in the app, such as 30-day, one-time, or 24-hour access.
No investment or financial advice
DietPlanner does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. SKR token use is solely for app feature access. Token prices and availability may change.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate inputs if you want more relevant estimates.
- Confirm every wallet transaction before signing.
- Secure your wallet, private keys, and device.
- Use the app lawfully and responsibly.
- Do not rely on DietPlanner for emergencies or medical decisions.
Refunds
Because SKR payments are blockchain transactions, DietPlanner cannot reverse on-chain transfers. If a premium feature fails to activate after a confirmed payment, contact the developer with the transaction signature so the issue can be reviewed.
Intellectual property
DietPlanner's source code, design, app content, and original materials are owned by the developer or licensors. Public-source nutrition references remain subject to their original public-domain or third-party terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for health outcomes, nutrition decisions, lost tokens, wallet mistakes, network failures, unavailable RPC providers, loss of local device data, or indirect/consequential damages.
Changes
These Terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms. The app may require renewed acceptance when the legal version changes.
