Privacy Policy
DietPlanner is a nutrition planning application for Android and Solana Mobile users. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed, where it is stored, and what rights users may have under laws including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other privacy laws worldwide.
Data stored locally
DietPlanner stores the following on the user's device using local storage such as Expo SecureStore:
- Age, sex, height, weight, activity level, meal count, dietary goals, and selected interests entered by the user.
- Premium entitlement state, transaction signature references, daily check-in status, and streak count.
- Acceptance state for Terms, Privacy Policy, health disclaimer, and payment disclosures.
DietPlanner does not operate an account server and does not upload this local profile data to a DietPlanner server.
Wallet and blockchain data
Wallet connection is handled through Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter or a compatible wallet app. DietPlanner does not receive private keys, seed phrases, or recovery credentials. Public wallet addresses and transaction data may be sent to Solana RPC providers when checking balances or submitting transactions. Blockchain transactions are public and may be permanently visible on Solana.
Payments
Premium features use SKR token transfers on Solana. The app may process the user's public wallet address, token account information, transaction amount, treasury wallet, token mint, transaction signature, and confirmation status to complete the purchase flow. This data is necessary to provide the requested premium feature.
Notifications
If notification permission is granted, DietPlanner schedules local reminders for meals, coach check-ins, and premium expiry. These reminders are generated on device.
Data we do not collect
- No private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.
- No medical records.
- No precise location.
- No advertising identifiers.
- No analytics SDK, tracking pixel, or behavioral advertising profile.
- No sale of personal information.
Legal bases for processing
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, local app processing is generally based on user consent and performance of the requested app functionality. Blockchain payment processing is necessary to perform the user's requested transaction. Compliance and security processing may be based on legitimate interests.
International availability
DietPlanner may be available globally. Users are responsible for complying with local laws regarding nutrition apps, crypto wallets, and token transfers. The app is not intended for jurisdictions where use would be unlawful.
Data deletion
Because data is stored locally, users can delete DietPlanner app data by clearing app storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app. Public blockchain data cannot be deleted by DietPlanner.
Children
DietPlanner is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
